Personality: Together they are a playful and cheery duo, usually laughing. Not uncommonly at each other. Get them apart, however, and you have a completely different story. Ko is far more serious and smiles become rare. Ne is far more shy and soft-spoken than she would be with her brother. But separating these two is practically impossible.

Talents: They have a sort of twin telepathy between them. They know what the other is going to say or do, they feel the others' pain, they influence each others emotions, that sort of thing. Ko has better control of this, and is able to put up a barrier between themselves if he wants. Ne does not know this. And, being their first language, they are fluent in Japanese.
