History: His father, Maximillion J. Pegasus II, having taken over Industrial Illusions from his father tought him to survive at any cost believing that the first Pegasus weaknesses were why Industrial Illusions fell behind Kaiba Corperation. He himself was fasinated by his grandfather's stories of the Millennium Eye and the horror of the Seal of Oricalcos. After he took over the company he aimed to acquire these powers for himself. He started research laboratories to learn their secrets. The psychic duelist were his first victims, as he had no patience for unwilling subjects.
